Searchspring Acquires 4-Tell to Accelerate Personalized Merchandising Vision
Today, I have the pleasure of announcing that 4-Tell has been acquired by Searchspring! In this new phase of our journey, we will combine our AI-powered personalization and recommendations with the Searchspring search and merchandising capabilities.
The Searchspring mission is to “Give Merchandisers Superpowers”, and we are excited to join that quest—adding our personalization superpower to their impressive list of merchandising tools. Together we are building a unified platform where merchandisers can launch and optimize personalized shopping experiences in real-time.
On a personal note, I’m deeply grateful for all of you for trusting 4-Tell to improve your shopper experiences, and for helping us develop and improve our service over the last 10 years. The Searchspring team has been on a parallel journey to ours with many of the same goals, and I have tremendous respect for the achievements they have made. I’m excited to move forward with our combined resources to supercharge the tools that we deliver to you and to wow your shoppers with the awesome new experiences we will provide together.
I also want to acknowledge the dedication of our CEO, Tom O’Keefe and our Co-Founder, Ken Levy who have been central to the 4-Tell story and will be moving on to new endeavors. We wish them the best.
